Jiaying’s research primarily centers on music cognition and perception, with the assistance of deep learning and statistical analysis. Her masters project work was dedicated to singing voice conversion, aiming to transform the original sound of singer A into the desired sound of singer B without altering the lyrical content. Jiaying is passionate about investigating the disparities between human auditory perception and theoretical systems. Additionally, she possesses proficiency in playing the piano and traditional Chinese flutes.
