I am a researcher, developer, and musician who studies music through computational and human-centered approaches. My research interests span three main areas: cognitive and computational musicology, musical human–AI interaction, and music for multimedia contexts such as film and games.
Prior to arriving at Georgia Tech, I worked as a software engineer at Amazon on large language models. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Vassar College, where I majored in Computer Science and minored in Music Theory.
Outside of research, I enjoy video games, dancing, hiking, and traveling. One of my long-term personal goals is to build a YouTube channel analyzing how music contributes to narrative, emotion, and meaning in films and games.
